When you create an account with college.jobs.ac.uk we will use the personal data provided in your online registration form for the purposes of processing your registration with college.jobs.ac.uk and contacting you via email with job alerts which reflect the searching preferences you have subscribed to and information about jobs and services you have consented to if you have ticked the relevant boxes.

When you apply for a job through college.jobs.ac.uk we will process the personal data entered for the purposes of sending your application to the named recruiter, who may contact you regarding the job role. Your application details will be deleted from our system after 180 days.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is legitimate interest and consent, which is obtained through ticking the relevant box(es) and your submission of our online form.

 Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, except where you apply for a job which requires your CV and application form be uploaded to college.jobs.ac.uk which will then be shared with the relevant recruiter and deleted from our system after 180 days. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for 1 year after the last activity on your account. You can withdraw your consent for the communications above at any time by editing your profile or clicking the relevant unsubscribe link in any emails received.
