DN Colleges Group is looking to employ a Data Returns & Monitoring Officer within the Curriculum Support Department at its Doncaster campus. The successful candidate will perform a key role in the high-performing Data Returns Team, supporting the Team Leader and managing the day-to-day operations of the local team, working with curriculum areas to undertake a wide range of administrative and student data-related duties, to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively.

The ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent, and accurate manner are essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital, as is working experience of using IT tools to work efficiently and accurately. Relevant in-depth experience of working with timetabling data, registers and course set-up would be advantageous.
