The Sport curriculum is outstanding. Outstanding results, student satisfaction, value added, attendance and retention. Do you have the necessary skills and passion for sport that gets you thinking – “I want to work in that team”. If so, we would like to meet you. Due to staffing changes and curriculum growth we are seeking a number of teachers for Level 3 BTEC, A Level and Foundation Degree Level 4 and 5. These posts would suit either an experienced professional with a proven track record and exceptional references or a newly qualified teacher with a passion for sport and a desire to begin their teaching career in an outstanding team. The mix of curriculum levels that individuals may be required to teach would depend on experience, could be flexible and would be discussed at interview.

Sport Education is part of the Academy of Sport, which also includes Sport Performance, Sports Apprenticeships, Community Engagement and Active Health and Well Being. Consequently, we have a strong focus on developing the ‘student athlete’. The Academy of Sport has a national reputation and competes for national, regional and county titles annually.
