GCSE Maths Lecturer

Part Time/Fractional/Termtime only and flexible contracts considered.

We are seeking to recruit an innovative and student focused lecturer, responsible for the planning and successful delivery of the new GCSE Maths curriculum, with the possibility of teaching Functional Skills Maths at Level 1 and 2. You will have the ability to teach and engage students across a wide range of vocational courses.

Successful candidates will be able to:

•  Design, develop and deliver high quality teaching across college.
•  Effectively plan and exhibit differentiation within lectures.
•  Be flexible, organised and self- motivated to meet deadlines.
•  Provide support, develop potential and strive to improve students’ Maths skills.
•  Work effectively as part of the English and Maths Team.

It is essential that you have significant skills, knowledge and experience of teaching Maths at GCSE level, with a proven track record to provide a stimulating learning environment and exceptional results. You are required to hold a relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification.
