The University College is seeking to appointment a PAM to lead in the areas of Landscape Architecture and Garden Design, Art and Design and Floristry.
Working as part of the HE Leadership team as one of four PAMs and supported by the Executive Dean, as a successful post holder you will lead ambitious and collegiate academic communities dedicated to providing an outstanding learning experience for our students.
As a PAM you will play a crucial role in advising the Executive Dean about developments, adaptations and growth required to curriculum provision within your area to meet the changing economic climate, and to ensure that the curriculum continues to remain fresh and vibrant. You will inspire, motivate and manage your team in the implementation of changes seeing this through to completion.
This is a key academic leadership role and an opportunity to develop innovative approaches to student recruitment and curriculum development, as well as being able to lead on enhancing the student experience within your specialised programme area.
You will ideally be educated to Masters level, and have a proven track record of teaching in the higher education sector, preferably within the area of Landscape Architecture & Garden Design however, candidates with a background in contemporary Art & Design or Floristry will also be considered.
