Learning Mentor

We are seeking to appoint a learning mentor to provide high quality mentoring support to all students currently attending the 14 - 16 College. You will work with all College staff to maximise the attendance and participation of students in their classes. 

A level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area e.g. Hospitality and Catering, Construction Crafts/Engineering or Visitor Economy is required together with experience of working with people with differing needs within an education environment or other relevant organisation. Applicants must be able to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity and have the ability to develop and sustain rapport with students.

This is a Term Time Only post working 35 hours per week for 40 weeks.
