Estates Client Manager

West Highland College UHI is looking to recruit an Estates Client Manager, to produce and implement an estates strategy for the next 5 years and to ensure that individual estates projects are managed in terms of procurement, cost and time.

The post holder will be accountable for delivering an updated Estates Strategy, managing risk in the pursuit of estates priorities.

The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring compliant procurement processes are in place for each project and co-ordinating internal resources to ensure the projects meet college requirements.

The suitable candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in business or a related discipline and have experience delivering significant projects in both the public and private sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the proven ability for complex problem solving.

Salary

£41,568 per annum, pro-rata

Working Hours

Fixed-term contract for 1 year

7.5 hours per week (days and times to be agreed)
