Sessional Lecturer (A Levels)

Hartpury College is one of the UK’s leading sports and land based residential colleges.  It has become one of the largest in the sector with outstanding teaching and sporting facilities. Over 3500 full time Further and Higher education students study at our attractive rural campus in Gloucestershire.

We have been delivering A Levels since September 2007, initially offering sports students the opportunity to study their A Levels alongside training and competing in one of our elite sports academies. Year on year our numbers have steadily grown and our expanding student numbers are a reflection of the fact that we are now seen as a strong alternative to the Sixth Form College provision in the local region.

This is an exciting time to join us as we look to develop the A Level provision at Hartpury College. We are looking to appoint an individual who is able to be contacted at short/medium notice to cover lessons across our range of subjects (both STEM and Humanities subjects).

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a teaching qualification, experience of delivering A Level subjects within the Further Education sector would be advantageous.
