HR Advisor - Absence and Employee Wellbeing

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, motivated, and well organised individual, to take the next step in their HR career.

In addition to coordinating a number of key HR functions, including absence management (sickness, maternity, paternity, etc) and employee wellbeing initiatives, more general activities also include supporting case work, and undertaking staff recruitment as required.

As such, our ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly IT proficient - particularly Excel and Word - and have proven experience of working in a HR related environment. As a minimum, they should also hold (or be prepared to work towards) a Level 3 CIPD qualification, as well as Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.

Primarily based at Blossomfield Campus, with notice, there may be occasional travel to Woodlands Campus or Stratford upon Avon College.
