IT Technician

We require a customer-focused IT Technician to support our hardware, software, and data/ telecoms networks across our three campuses. The ideal candidate will have relevant trouble-shooting experience within a professional context and a good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and Office365 amongst other industry standard software packages.

Experience of Apple technical support is an advantage, as is experience of working with learning technologies e.g. interactive whiteboards and Managed Learning Environments.
