We are recruiting for a full-time Accounts Payable Officer, to work in our Finance Department based at the Richmond Campus.
To be successful the Finance Officer must have strong communication skills as the post-holder will be required to explain financial concepts to other departments within the business when required. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and knowledge of key financial concepts such as accruals and prepayments. Additionally, have strong communications skills as there will be a lot of contact with key stakeholders including internal and external customers and suppliers. A good time management and understanding of accounting systems, journals and month-end responsibilities in order to meet deadlines.
The interview date for this role will be scheduled for mid-September.
Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year old’s and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and due to develop a brand-new technology-focussed STEM Centre for 2024.
