The Position: We’re looking for an Adult Support Tutor  

15 hours per week over 37 weeks * Important please see below

Requirements for the role:

• Level 3 equivalent in Math’s and English.
• A good understanding of high-quality learning support for learners with SEND in further education setting.
• Experience of supporting learners with math’s and English on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Understanding of the National Core Curriculum for literacy and numeracy.
• Have a good understanding of ICT particularly that to facilitate E learning.  

Responsibilities for the role:

• To provide high quality academic support.
• To plan a programme of study which meets the needs of individual learners.
• Maintain accurate records relating to learning support and work in accordance with the college quality requirements, in relation to assessment and monitoring of student progress.

The Location: The job is based at the Nuneaton Campus.
