Learner Engagement Executive
Remote, however daily travel will be required in and around Hertfordshire so remote location needs to be local (essential).
Base Campus location will be St Albans
Adult learning growth is at the centre of the Oaklands Strategic Plan and as we enter a transformational period in the Oaklands history we are looking for an inspirational and highly motivational learner engagement executive to support the implementation of our Skills Bootcamp provision.
We are looking for a proactive and professional Learner Engagement Executive, with a proven track record in delivering high customer engagement with prospective students but also engaging with referral sources such as JCPs, charities and employers, providing advice and guidance to individuals, and who can lead and develop the Skills Bootcamp enrolment process across our learners in Hertfordshire.
The role will be leading the coordination and management of learner’s enrolments to ensure efficient and responsive onboarding of Skills Bootcamp learners. Building relationships with these individuals during their programme to provide ongoing support and advice throughout their learning journey. You should be comfortable with volumes of enrolments completing documentation to comply to the funding rules, and be competent in data returns.
Key Duties:
- Experience of learner and referral sources engagement (E) Level 2 IAG Qual (D)
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Teams, CRM Systems and Microsoft Office (E)
- Strong communication skills (E)
- Strong customer service experience (E)
- Previous experience with building and maintaining relationships with individuals and JCPs (E)
- Proven track record in achieving targets (E)
- Experience in completing data returns (E)
