International Administration Assistant

The role:

  • Part Time- 12 hours per week 
  • Permanent
  • £7,590 - £7,752 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the student mobility programmes -Turing Scheme and Taith - including:
    o    booking flights/accommodation for overseas visits
    o    ensuring all documentation is in place for each student and staff member
    o    organising receipts and reconciling trip expenditure
    o    collating student case studies for marketing purposes
    o    write and publish social media posts on mobilities  
    o    any other related administration support
  • Assist with student admissions, ensuring spreadsheets are up-to-date and all documentation has been received. 
  • Provide administration support for UKVI compliance, including data entry and ensuring student data is accurate, and issuing student letters, as required
  • Provide pastoral care for international students based across all College sites
  • Assist with the co-ordination of seasonal schools (summer/winter)

About you:

  • Qualified to degree level or have appropriate professional experience 
  • Previous experience of working in administration or a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT Literate, ability to use spreadsheets and Word

    • cadw lle ar hediadau/trefnu llety ar gyfer ymweliadau dramor
    • sicrhau bod yr holl ddogfennau yn eu lle ar gyfer pob myfyriwr ac aelod o staff
    • trefnu derbynebion a chysoni gwariant teithio
    • coladu astudiaethau achos myfyrwyr at ddibenion marchnata
    • ysgrifennu a chyhoeddi negeseuon cyfryngau cymdeithasol am deithiau 
    • unrhyw gymorth gweinyddol cysylltiedig arall.
       
  • Cynorthwyo gyda’r gwaith o dderbyn myfyrwyr, sicrhau bod taenlenni yn gyfredol a bod yr holl ddogfennau wedi’u derbyn.
     
  • Darparu cymorth gweinyddol ar gyfer cydymffurfio ag UKVI, gan gynnwys cofnodi data a sicrhau bod data myfyrwyr yn gywir, ac anfon llythyrau at fyfyrwyr, yn ôl yr angen.
  • Darparu gofal bugeiliol ar gyfer myfyrwyr rhyngwladol ar draws safleoedd y Coleg.
     
  • Cynorthwyo gyda’r gwaith o gydlynu ysgolion tymhorol (haf/gaeaf).
