The role:

To work as part of the College’s busy finance team. To carry out the duties assigned to ensure the smooth operating of the finance function.

  • Full time (37 hours per week)
  • Permanent
  • £36,833 - £39,024 Per Annum
  • Tycoch Campus, Swansea

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the day to day College procurement and payables functions.
  • Manage value for money related activities.
  • Lead on tender preparation and review.
  • Support annual review of procurement procedures and annual savings reports.

About you:

  • IT literacy (particularly Microsoft Office)
  • Higher level qualification or part qualified in procurement or Accountancy
  • Experience of supervising in an office environment within a team
  • Experience of using a finance general ledger system
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
