Established in 1889, and with our roots stretching back even further, Morley College London is one of the country's oldest and largest specialist providers of adult education. We provide long-term, sustainable and affordable programmes of lifelong learning across three centres - North Kensington, Chelsea and Waterloo - including 16-19 provision at North Kensington and Chelsea.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistants to work cross-college to support learners with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. The role will include supporting learners in class and online, working with learners to agree their support plans, monitoring and reviewing progress and working closely with tutors to ensure students’ success.

The successful candidate should have experience of working face to face with learners and understand the challenges faced by individuals in accessing education. Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting learners with Special Educational Needs are essential.
