Digital Learning and Learning Resource Centres (UC)
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8.45am - 2.45pm and Fridays - 8.30am - 1.30pm
Do you have excellent customer service skills? Would you enjoy working with young people in a learning environment?
We are looking for a positive, pro-active team member to provide support to our students through the work of the College’s Learning Resource Centres at our Harrow-on-the-Hill and Harrow Weald Campuses.
You will play a key part in ensuring the Learning Resource Centre is a suitable learning environment at all times. You will handle resource and library queries and assist students on using online resources, databases and print resources. You will have direct responsibility for liaison for a Curriculum Area within the College to support the purchase of resources.
Together with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you should have good working knowledge of IT and experience gained in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will have the confidence to address young people aged 16-18 and manage behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
