​​​​​Estates and Facilities Administrator

Based at St.Albans Campus

Oaklands College has an exciting opportunity for a full time Administrator to join our Estates team based at our St Albans campus. You will receive a competitive salary of between £23,968 - £26,189 plus staff benefits.

The successful applicant will have experience of administration and hold level 2 qualifications in English & maths (GCSE, Functional Skills or equivalent). We are looking for someone who can use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) has good planning and organisational skills, can work on their own initiative and has excellent customer service skills.

Reporting to the Estates Director you will ensure the smooth running of the day to day administration within the department, provide an outstanding administrative and support service to the management of the department

The role will involve updating the new Desktop maintenance system, supporting procurement and administration tasks as deemed necessary by the department.

You will have; • Good standard of education or extensive experience • Experience of working in customer services or administration, preferably within a Further Education establishment • Experience of using Microsoft Office •

Experience of data entry
