Nursery - Team Leader
Is Early years your passion? We are looking for a skilled and Creative Nursery Team Leader who can support the Senior Nursery Manager to inspire and lead the team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.
What skills are we looking for:
- To line manage the Nursery staff in a clear, positive and structured manner and to deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence.
- Develop and manage the operational framework and standards to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and conditions of the registration are maintained at all times.
- To work alongside and support the Nursery Manager to develop the Nursery, to provide good quality childcare in line with OFSTED, and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Responsibilities for the role:
- Contribute proactively to ensuring the continuous quality improvement of the Nursery.
- To oversee and provide support to personnel in the Nursery to help facilitate the implementation of the daily routine and take lead on ensuring sound liaison and excellent communication with parents and carers
- To provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children aged from 3 months to 5 years.
