Level 4 Counselling Lecturer
Responsibilities for the role:
- The person appointed will be required to teach both practical and theoretical subjects relating to counselling provision across a range of part time programmes.
- The role is to deliver CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. The purpose of the role is to enable learners to determine and achieve their learning goals through the provision of effective teaching, learning and assessment which develops learners’ personal, social and employability skills. This includes preparation, delivery and marking/assessment and development and management of all supporting documentation and learner records.
- We work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. All Tutors are also required to work with the College to gain approval from CPCAB to teach on the programmes prior to confirmation of appointment.
