Administration Assistant - Digital Services

We are looking for a part time Administrator to support the ICT Services and Learning Tech functions.

You will provide support effectively and accurately, administering office systems particularly in relation to purchase ordering, asset, rota and contract management. You will also offer a first line contact point for enquiries coming into ICT Services.

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel and experience of working within a customer focused environment.

Experience of working in education and using MSOffice365 is advantageous.

This post is working 18.5 hours per week.  The hours will ideally be worked Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 2.00pm and Friday 10.00am to 12.30pm, however the working pattern and days will be discussed at interview.
