CIS Enrolment Co-Ordinator

The Position: We’re looking for a CIS Enrolment Co-ordinator for 16 hours a week, Term Time + 2 weeks at the end of August (36 Weekes per year)

NWSLC is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a team to join us in our College Information Services Enrolment department. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders’ through the collection, processing and management of student data for across all of the college estate.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Support and help to plan the main, and online enrolment process with the appropriate college departments. Ensuring a positive and consistent student experience from the point of enquiry through to completion in line with funding requirements across all of the funding streams.
  • Be a key point of contact in the enrolment centre team, resolving cross college issues for all College stakeholders, as well as external bodies including but not limited to employers, Student Finance, the LRS, internal and external auditors and the general public.
  • To implement and adhere to the enrolment process to ensure that all necessary information has been collected and accurately recorded before processing to comply with all funding and audit requirements.
  • To have full and current knowledge of funding rules and guidelines, ensuring that data analysis reports are reviewed monthly, and any issues are resolved timely and accurately in line with audit requirements.
  • To be responsible for managing the production and distribution of staff and student ID badges, in line with the College safeguarding policy.
  • To be the first point of call to liaise with all CIS teams regarding student record information, using the student records system to monitor and resolve funding errors timely and accurately.
