Senior PA to the Executive Leadership Team (LUM109/1297)

About the Role

The Executive Support Team provide PA , Administration and Project Management support to the Groups Executive Leadership Team (ELT) based at our Park Lane Campus. We are recruiting for a new Senior PA to join the current team and work alongside other Senior PAs and Project Coordinators. 

Interviews will be held on 18 July 2024

What You Will Do

  • Work alongside a group of Senior PAs and Project Coordinators.
  • Provide professional, responsive, and confidential PA support to members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Organise events, conferences, strategy sessions and various meetings.
  • Produce accurate minutes of various meetings across the Group.
  • Assist with the planning and prioritisation of ELTs daily workload.
  • Diary management.
  • Make independent decisions.

About You

  • Previous PA experience at a senior level
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Able to work flexibly and without direct supervision
  • Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of using Microsoft Office software
  • Able to prioritise own workload to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Experience of minute taking and collating meeting papers and documentation
  • Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information and situations with diplomacy, discretion and tact
