Student Support Advisor - Stratford Campus 

This role is to welcome Stratford-upon-Avon College customers and provide them with accurate and up to date information and advice on all relevant functions within Student Services including student finance, enrolment and admissions.

The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to work to ensure service needs are met.

Applicants should be qualified to Level 3 or have relevant work experience, have good IT skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Working hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am-4.30pm on Fridays.

For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs.
