Administration & Helpdesk Co-ordinator

The vacancy

DN Colleges are recruiting an Administrations and Helpdesk Co-ordinator to work as part of our Estates team. This vacancy is a permanent, full-time role based at North Lindsey College.

As an Administration & Helpdesk Co-ordinator, you are responsible for the co-ordination of our facilities services across site to enhance the employee and learner experience. You will also support the team by engaging staff in team meetings, communicating changes, ensuring the team have all completed role-related training, scheduling and preparing appraisals, probationary, and HR meetings where required. 

The successful candidate will have a GCSE in Maths & English, and have an administration qualification at L3 or above. 

The working hours for this role are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:30-16:00 Fri.
