We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Administrator to be a pivotal part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Admissions Administrator, you will:

  • Lead Enquiries and Admissions Processes: Manage the entire admissions lifecycle for Higher Education students, from initial enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
  • Support Further Education Admissions: Assist with the admissions process for Further Education students, providing comprehensive support to ensure all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Management: Handle various administrative tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and managing correspondence with prospective students.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Enrolment and Data team to ensure a smooth transition from applicant to enrolled student, facilitating effective communication and data sharing.
  • Enhance Student Experience: Commit to enhancing the student journey by contributing to process improvements and data reporting procedures, ensuring our University Centre remains a leader in student satisfaction and operational excellence.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week).
