We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join our dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the field, with practical experience and a strong academic background. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing course materials, and guiding students to achieve their academic and career goals.

Some of the Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Excellence: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons on a range of further education courses within the travel and tourism sector.
  • Subject Development: Spearhead the development of specific subject areas, ensuring content is current and industry-relevant.
  • Programme Leadership: Lead and manage a programme of study, coordinating course teams, and overseeing the effective delivery of the curriculum.
  • Lesson Preparation and Marking: Prepare high-quality lesson plans and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Student Support: Assess and support students, tailoring your approach to meet their individual learning needs.

The role will be fixed term till July 2025, part time (22.5 hours per week - actual salary, £19,223 - £25,060 per annum).
