Based at the St Albans Campus & Remote working Options

Key duties will include ensuring the quality and consistency of the online offer, which includes timely internal quality assurance and standardisation for the online health and social care provision. Liaising with the external awarding bodies and external online platform providers. Leading and managing an agreed number of online assessors, including allocating new learners to ensure financial efficiency and providing support, training and mentoring of new and existing staff.

Required Skills:
Applicants need to be qualified to a minimum L3 in Health and Social Care, hold maths and English qualifications at GCSE/L2, have assessor and quality assurances qualifications and extensive experience of assessing and verifying a range of qualification, plus current CPD evidence.
