Security Team Leader - Stratford-upon-Avon College

We require an experienced Security Team Leader to lead a dedicated security team to maintain and provide a high standard of security, safety and customer care to students, staff and visitors at the Stratford Campus. This role includes controlling car parking and traffic movement around the College campus.

You will possess excellent communication skills alongside a clear commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Candidates are expected to hold and maintain an SIA Door Supervision Licence.

The successful candidate must have computer skills and be able to carry out daily, and monthly reports, and manage security rosters. In addition, they will be required to demonstrate good leadership and supervisory skills. Flexibility is required as the position involves shift work which includes occasional late opening and weekend working. In addition to this you will be on a call out rota, normally on call 1 week in 5.
