Job Opportunity: Learning Facilitator (English, Math, and ESOL) 

Ignite a passion for learning! We're seeking committed individuals to join our team as Learning Facilitators, specialising in English and Maths. If you have a knack for teaching and inspiring students, we want to hear from you! 

You will deliver support and lost learning to our 16-19 students that have not achieved a GCSE grade 4 or above in English and/or mathematics. 

You will support English & maths GCSE students outside of their timetabled English and maths classes on a 1 2 1 or small group basis to develop their knowledge and skills and fill gaps in their learning


  • Proficiency in English, Math, and ESOL instruction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diverse student backgrounds
  • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Patience and adaptability in supporting various learning styles


  • Facilitate engaging lessons in English, Math, and ESOL
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their learning needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting the student to improve their attendance.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum
  • Stay informed about teaching methodologies and best practices

This vacancy is part time (2 days per week), fixed term until July 2024. Closing date is 8th March.
