Hourly Paid Lecturer - Foundation Learning 

Job description

We require a Foundation Learning Lecturer experienced in delivering Entry Level and Level 1 qualifications to 16 to 19 and adult cohorts. Delivery will be at our Blossomfield, Stratford and Woodlands Campuses.

Possessing extensive experience of working with challenging young people, you will have excellent communication, IT, number and behaviour management skills, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to work as part of a team and independently. You will be required to deliver all programmes in a timely manner to ensure high levels of student satisfaction, attendance, retention and ultimately success.

You must hold or be prepared to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification. You will also be an excellent administrator, well organised and able to meet deadlines.
