We are looking for two experienced generalist HR Advisors who will work in partnership with the College’s Management Team to provide advice and support on a range of HR issues including learning and development.
You should be fully CIPD qualified and possess up to date knowledge and understanding of HR best practice with a good understanding of employment law. Experience of using HR systems and working in Further Education or in an educational environment would be desirable.
You will be joining a small and friendly team in a busy HR department.
You must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, numerical and inter-personal skills, experience/knowledge on the ITrent software desirable. It is also essential that you are well organised and able to prioritise and schedule your work to meet key deadlines.
