We are seeking a confident and proactive individual to take on the role of a Curriculum Administrator. The position supports the college students by being a ‘Central resource’, providing a one-stop shop for students, staff, and visitors to access administration and student services.
As well as providing support to students this role will include helping at events and activities such as enrolments, open days, careers conventions, and taster weeks, among many more!
The day-to-day aspect of the job will ensure the smooth running of the office; from postal responsibilities to general admin duties such as word-processing, filing, photocopying, data input, reports, statistics, writing up agendas, and documenting minutes.
The successful person for this role will have proven excellent customer service skills, a can do attitude and great communication. We are currently a very enthusiastic team and have a good knowledge of providing a fantastic experience for our students at the College.
To be considered for this role, candidates need to demonstrate they hold the following:
- Good standard of education or extensive experience
- Experience working in a customer service administration, preferably within a Further education establishment
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience in data entry
- Experience in verbal and written communication
