The programme area of Printed Textile Design and Surface Pattern is a growing and dynamic subject area.
Housed in new, modern, spacious design studios and print workshops, the students have access to 32 meters of print tables, dye labs, wide format digital scanning and printing, large format sublimation printing, AVA computer design programmes, knit machines, digital embroidery and tufting.
Students on all our programmes have access to our extensively equipped FabLab for rapid digital prototyping.
The programme is dynamic and keenly focused towards innovative textile/surface pattern design and graduate employment, with a growing international profile and strong industry connections.
We currently have a 0.5 position available to join our programme team.
If you have a strong textile design background, are up to date with current textile design issues, trends and styles in relation to fashion and interior textiles, we would like to hear from you.
