This is a great time to join the Marketing and Communications team at NWSLC, and as the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our college, driving student recruitment, and promoting our diverse range of courses and programs. The College is looking for the marketing and communications team to underpin its Strategic Plan with an innovative approach to enabling the vision of the organisation and be bold and assured with the way you position the organisation, but mindful of our communities and stakeholders, never losing sight of our purpose.

As the Head of Marketing at NWSLC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your primary focus will be on increasing student enrolment, enhancing our college's reputation, and maximising our digital presence. You will lead a dedicated team of marketing professionals and collaborate with departments across the organisation to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach to marketing. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by showcasing the opportunities and support our college provides. You will be able to lead by example and be supportive of your colleagues, ensuring that everybody is able to achieve, and be able to make big decisions but still be aware of the detail.
