The Position: We’re looking for a Learning & Skills Manager - Apprenticeships

Your primary focus will be to support the Head of Apprenticeships in the development and delivery of an excellent
learning, teaching, assessment experience for students. To drive the highest operational and behavioural standards
within the directorate. To continually improve the quality of the provision as measured through key contribution
indicators and fiscal value for money. Typically, you will have operational oversight of Lift truck and powered access
engineering, automotive engineering, and construction.
You will be responsible for the delivery of apprenticeships from induction through to End Point Assessment, making
sure that all training and development is completed in line with Individual Learning Plans and ensuring progress is
made and recorded.

The Location: The site is based in Harrowbrook. Hybrid working can be considered based on business needs
