About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an Industry Skills Business Admin Assistant, studying a Level 3 Business Apprenticeship. Our apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study, supporting you to gain the technical knowledge, practical experience and wider skills you need for your future career.
You'll work across our Hair & Beauty Salon and our new Harpurs Bistro Student Restaurant, supporting the day-to-day operational demands that come with the delivery of a high-quality experience and excellent customer service both to internal and external clients in our industry skills settings.
Supporting the team, you will have a key role in the storage and retrieval of information, communication, and monitoring as well as the booking in of clients and initial point of arrival customer service.
As well as experience of organising activities and events, you'll have good communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
