About the role
Morley College London is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to provide an effective personal assistant to support primarily two members of the Senior Leadership team. You will be also be expected to oversee the servicing of College committees/meetings, and support centre-based administration as required. The role will be cross College, predominantly based between Waterloo and Chelsea, but attendance at other campuses may also be required depending on the needs of the stakeholders.
As an experienced administrator, including a personal assistant role, you will have excellent IT, communication, diary management and organisational skills. You will also have experience in note and minute taking skills, and the have the ability to draft correspondence appropriately.
