Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Executive team Manage calendars and appointments
  • Take minutes from various Committees Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion Assist in organising meetings and events
  • Complete short research projects


  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
