The role:

An exciting opportunity to work alongside an established team as a Career Development Officer is now available.  You will be joining a good provider at a time where making a difference to peoples’ lives is even more important than ever, you will take the lead with developing job opportunities and career progression with WAES learners.  

Within this role you will deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, support across the Learner Journey –delivering CEIAG, coaching learners into employment, delivering Careers Presentations.

You will be working in our new Careers and Employability Hub at out Lisson Grove Centre, offering a one stop shop for all things careers, and employability related.

The role involves supporting learners with UCAS, facilitating, and delivering cross service enrichment activities throughout the year and working alongside a team of Career Development Officers.
