Working days will be Thursdays and Fridays We are seeking an organised and experienced individual to fill the role of Course Team Leader for ESOL - Young Learners on a part time basis. You would teach across a range of ESOL courses, supervise a team and day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on maximising student enrolment, attendance, retention and achievement. You will possess a degree or equivalent, an ESOL qualification and an advanced teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. DET or equivalent), or be willing to achieve a recognised FE sector teaching qualification. You should have at least 2 years’ successful experience of teaching ESOL, a good understanding of the needs of young ESOL learners and will have gained some curriculum co-ordination/leadership experience.
