About the Role
Working within the embedded admin team for Social Sciences, you will be dealing with tutors and students and parents, both face to face and via emails and phone calls, handling all queries that relate to their enrolment and needs during their studies at the college.
You will be working on the school area planning and timetabling, bursary support, alongside information and data work within the student records in the year.
What You Will Do
- To provide curriculum administration and student records data to an identified school / academic directorate, maintaining student records data for the School including registers, ULNs, destinations/job outcomes, change requests and other reporting requests.
- To support student enrolments within the School and work with the central MIS/Marketing teams throughout main enrolment.
- To support students in all aspects of College life and assisting the smooth running of the admin department.
About You
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google applications, Pro Solutions or other student records system.
- Experience of administrative and/or student records work in an education setting ensuring GDPR standards and confidentiality. Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across a number of tasks combined with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Committed to the promotion of a safe environment for children, young people and vulnerable adults to learn in.
