Work Placement Coordinator (Business/Art & Design)
We have a great opportunity based at our Northamptonshire campuses for a Work Placement Coordinator to become a key member of our Business department.
As a Work Placement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:
- To ensure high quality placement provision is provided to students studying on Business, Accounting and Art & Design courses.
- To ensure high quality work experience is in place whether it is simulated, online or as part of a community project.
- To prepare, deliver and facilitate T Level sessions to enhance the employability skills of learners progressing to substantial work placements with employers.
- To establish and maintain strong links with employers and other agencies to secure continued work placement opportunities.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of handling enquiries and contacting employers and external agencies and have knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and HSE standards, alongside the following qualifications:
- Level 3/4 qualifications
- English and Maths or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
- Willingness to work towards health and safety in the work place qualifications
- Willingness to work towards Career Guidance qualifications
- Willingness to work towards PTTLS
