The Role:
Responsible for the management and development of the property services of the three WAES Centres at Lisson Grove, Pimlico and Amberley.
Responsible for all day to day running of the premises managed by WAES including maintenance, security, health and safety, insurance/risk assessment and all facilities management.
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations in respect of safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance of all WAES buildings.
To be a principal key holder, controlling key sites including the routine and non-routine opening as required by the Alarm Company and/or police and Head of Service.
Responsible for the procurement and purchasing of furniture and equipment to ensure that best value for money is always at the forefront of decisions.
Contribute to the tendering and contract monitoring procedures for facilities.
