The Position: We’re looking for a Contract and Facilities Manager

NWSLC is dedicated to providing high-quality education and a vibrant campus experience. With a rich history and commitment to excellence, we are seeking an enthusiastic College Contract and Facilities Manager to join our Estates team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our campus facilities.

• A multitasker – you must be able to work on various priorities at the same time
• An excellent communicator- you must be able to communicate clearly with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• A completer – you need to be able to get the job done, on time and in budget

Responsibilities for the role:

As the College Contract and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management within the college's estates department. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, contributing to the overall success and reputation of NWSLC.

The Location: The role is based at Nuneaton, but the role involves coverage and travel to all sites.
