Westminster Adult Education Service is seeking a dedicated governance professional as a part-time Clerk for its Governing Board.

As a part-time Clerk, you will be an essential part of our Governing Board, providing administrative support and helping to ensure the smooth operation Board activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and attending board meetings
- Taking accurate minutes and distributing them in a timely manner
- Maintaining official records and documents
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate minutes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- A commitment to our mission of providing high-quality adult education.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
