Westminster Adult Education Service is the City Council’s adult education service and the largest local authority adult education service in London and one of the largest nationally.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing high performing team that is rapidly growing where your administrative skills will be utilised to ensure the smooth running of the team whilst we support Apprentices and Learners to achieve their goals.
Working with the Apprenticeships Manager and Head of Department using a variety of internal systems and platforms as well as Government systems (full training will be given) to advertise Apprenticeship opportunities and support employers with the recruitment of Apprentices and learners.
Liaising with freelance delivery staff and subcontractors, collating their monthly tracking documentation and chasing up any missing submissions.
Support the team in setting up programmes of learning, booking End Point Assessments (EPA) with Awarding Bodies as well as booking rooms and venues for training delivery.
Communicating with employers and partners is a key aspect of this role where you will also network and promote our products and services to a variety of people.
About You:
You must have experience of carrying out administrative tasks in an office environment.
Confident, approachable, customer focussed, detail orientated, great communicator verbally and in writing, you will be able to solve problems, be proactive and work using your initiative. Full training will be given in relation to new systems.
Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above are essential.
