Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Faculty Science at Nottingham College offers a large range of subjects in a friendly and supportive environment with first class teaching and facilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lecturer who is dedicated and enthusiastic to join the Science faculty area. A teaching qualification is desirable but the applicant must be willing to work towards one. Support for this will be provided by the College.

Our Science faculty area provides courses from Level 1 to Level 5 and is committed to raising the standards of Science education in the region. You will have the ability to make learning come alive and a wealth of experience to draw upon and share.

We currently have an opportunity for a special person with suitable experience in the teaching of Physics to join us. The successful applicant will be expected to teach on range of Levels 1-3 courses. You must hold a relevant Degree and have experience in teaching in 16-18 year olds in Schools or Colleges. Experience of teaching the BTEC Firsts and Nationals is desirable.

You must be passionate about teaching in the FE sector and understand its’ power to change lives. If you would like to join a committed and inspiring team we would like to hear from you.
