Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor
Our Apprenticeships team based at Bedford College have a great opportunity for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor. As a Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through, working as part of a team to support future apprentices to identify apprenticeship opportunities and support their pre apprenticeship journey through a range of different engagement activities. You will also support employers seeking apprentices, to ensure they have a point of contact that can assist them through the apprenticeship recruitment aspect of their journey of employing an apprentice.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, facilitate recruitment initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our objectives and targets.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a customer focused environment, exceeding customer expectations and will have some knowledge of the apprenticeship recruitment process, alongside the following qualifications:
- Level 3 - Sales or Customer Services Qualification or equivalent
- Good standard of General Education
