Teaching Assistant L2

We have a great opportunity based at our Central Bedfordshire College campus in Dunstable for a Teaching Assistant, within our Care and Childcare department.

As a Teaching Assistant, under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff / managers, you will undertake educational activities, prepare learning resources and where necessary act as class cover for tutors in the event of absence, playing a key role in the success of our students.

Our ideal candidates will have at least 6-months experience of working with children / young people within an educational setting and 2-years’ experience of working with children and / or young people in a school or college, alongside the following qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
